Jason Vukovich, trading as OneLight Alaska, operates this website. For privacy questions or requests, email thealaskanavenger@gmail.com. This notice covers this informational website and its inquiry flow. Alaskan Peptides is a separate business and website with its own practices.

Information you choose to provide

The contact form uses your name, email address, topic and message to prepare an email on your device. It does not submit these fields to a website database or send an email automatically. If you send the prepared email through your email app, your provider and Jason’s email provider, Google Gmail, process it. Jason uses your information to respond to your inquiry.

Please do not include medical records, detailed health histories, payment-card details or other sensitive information. This website is not a clinical intake service, and it does not take payments or create visitor accounts.

Website delivery and technical information

Vercel hosts and delivers this website. Hosting and security operations process technical request information, such as your IP address, requested page, browser information and request time, to deliver and protect the website. Upper 1 Studios administers the website for Jason. This public site has no visitor database, analytics service, advertising pixel, remote font request or embedded third-party video.

Hosting providers may process information in the United States and other countries where they operate. Provider security records follow provider retention practices; the one-year inquiry policy below does not set a retention period for those records. Cookies, storage and choices

The website code sets no cookies. It uses browser local storage to remember your privacy choice for 180 days. No optional analytics or advertising trackers are installed. Accepting optional tracking activates nothing and does not authorize future trackers. You can decline or withdraw acceptance through Cookie preferences on every page. The Cookie & Tracking Policy lists the storage used.

Global Privacy Control keeps marketing, sale/sharing and targeted-advertising permissions off. No such integrations are installed. Necessary website delivery and preference storage remain available.

Recipients and external websites

Inquiry emails are processed by Jason and the email providers involved in delivery. Website delivery involves Vercel and website administration by Upper 1 Studios. No sale, advertising-sharing or cross-site profiling feature is implemented on this website. Contact entries are not automatically sent to Alaskan Peptides. External links open another operator’s website, whose policies apply there.

Retention

Jason retains inquiry emails and their associated inquiry records for exactly one year from receipt, then deletes them. This is Jason’s record-handling policy; the website does not automatically delete email from his mailbox. Email providers may retain backup or security records under their own practices.

Contact-form text stays in the open page and is not saved by this website. The privacy preference is valid for 180 days. At the next visit after expiry or a policy-version change, the choice is requested again; you may also clear it using your browser’s site-data controls.

Your requests

You may request access, correction or deletion of information sent to Jason using the contact address above. Applicable rights, exceptions and response deadlines depend on the law that applies to your circumstances. Verification may be needed to protect your information; please do not send identity documents with an initial request. You can choose not to send a prepared email or clear your browser’s site storage.

Withdrawing optional consent affects future processing and cannot recall information already sent to another provider. The current website sends no optional tracking data.

Audience and security

This informational site is intended for adults. It does not solicit children’s personal information. Contact Jason if you believe a child has sent personal information connected with this website. Service availability and eligibility are discussed directly with Jason.

No website or email system can guarantee absolute security. Material changes to optional tracking will require updated disclosures and a new choice before those services run. The date above identifies this notice’s current version.
